chocolate mint cookie cups. this is an awesome recipe my mom made.

chocolate mint cookie cups:
you'll need
devils food cake mix
2/3 C. shortening 
2 eggs
1 bag chocolate mint cups 




1. preheat oven to 350 degree's 
2. mix cake mix, shortening, and eggs together.
3. roll into small balls and press down into mini muffin tin.
4. bake for 6 mins. 
5. after taking out of oven immediately place mint cup in the middle of each cookie while in pan. let cool in pan ten mins.
6. Enjoy
