Are you crazy about soft pretzels? Well I am. But now you don't have to go all the way to some pretzel place, you can just make them yourself!
Homemade Soft Pretzels:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
2. Mix 1 pkg. dry yeast, 11/2 cup warm water, and 1 TBS. sugar.
3. Add 4 cups of flour
5. Divide into small bite size rectangles.
6.Beat an egg, brush pretzel tops, sprinkle with coarse salt.
7. Bake for 10 mins.
(yum) -- For these we didn't put the salt on before baking, but after they baked we brushed them with butter and dipped in cinnamon and sugar.
